Learning Objectives

  • Distinguish between the federal and state court systems
  • Identify the types and levels of courts within each system
  • Evaluate case scenarios to send citizens to the correct court

Overview

Allow your students to explore our state and federal court systems by helping their passengers navigate the U.S. judicial system.

In Court Quest, students will pick up passengers, hear about how they need help from the judicial system, and identify the correct court for their case. Explore what the different courts do at the state and federal levels and discover the complexities within the judicial system.

Can your students help passengers navigate the U.S. judicial system?
