Libby Falck
Libby Falck is a user researcher and designer of games, curriculum, digital tools, and interactive experiences. Libby works with our community and staff to maximize the usability of iCivics resources and imagine new ways to meet the ever-changing needs of teachers and students.
Libby earned her B.S. from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and her Master's from the Comparative Media Studies program at MIT where she studied how game-based learning can advance civic engagement. Libby is also the founder of Forward Labs and was previously a technology educator, a research assistant at the MIT Teaching Systems Lab, a Maker Education Consultant at Autodesk, a co-founder of IDEAco, and the writer and lead creator of the K12 design thinking curriculum the City X Project.
