Merjema Purak joined iCivics as Chief of Staff in August 2023, a role in which she supports the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors as a strategic and thought partner.

Prior to joining iCivics, Merjema worked at a Simon-Kucher, a global management consultancy firm focusing on delivering measurable revenue and profit growth. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Rochester and Master of Science degree from MIT.

Outside of the office, she spends her time serving BostonCares on the Associate Board, snuggling with her Aussie, and reading.
