Jen oversees major projects at iCivics and is responsible for enterprise-wide systems and tools.  Jen has a breadth of expertise in project management and operations. Her career in education began in the early 2000s as a program manager at an experiential education startup. Prior to joining the iCivics team, Jen was a Sr. Project Manager on the global operations and strategy team at Cengage Group.

Jen holds an M.A.Ed. from Prescott College in Arizona and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Change Management Specialist (CMS). Jen lives in southeastern Wisconsin with her husband and kids. In addition to spending time with family and friends, Jen enjoys being outside gardening, canoeing, and hiking, and seeing live music with her husband.
