Overview
Historians make inferences. In this lesson, students will further their understanding of push and pull factors by sorting push and pull factor cards. Students will then use their push and pull factor cards while listening to a story called “My Name is Yoon” and hearing about two young people that immigrated to the United States. Students will end the lesson by creating their own push and pull factor cards. They will be able to provide reasoning to answer the mystery question: "Why do People Move to New Homes?”
